So, I have been an officer for 2 months and some now. It has been great. Only a couple of bumps in the road , that is all they were. I look at the bumps and I am thankful to God that He helped me to get over them. I am blessed that He has put me in a place that I am needed. A place that Iam able to be an influence and a spiritual leader. At first I was sad about being so far from home (Texas) but now I see that God wanted me here for a reason!! Thank you for not always giving us what we want!! You know what you are doing.
Well time is short andd my tasks are many!!! Take care

GUYANA
GUYANA is going good. The people are nice, the worship is amazing and the experience had been a blessing. Right now I am in a n office with limited time on the internet to go into great detail. But for those that are wondering we are fine. Phone cards are about 500 for about 3 minutes. But that is only about 2.50 American dollares. Anyway, time for me to get some rest before we have a big concert tonight that is featuring youth from the corps in the Guyana division!! Hope all is good where you are!! Miles of smiles . laura

I am finally updating. Well, I am in an intensive class right now, well not at this moment! But I am studying the books of Paul and it is pretty good!! We have a good teacher. Today is the last day and then it is off the Christmas Assignment in Kerrville, Texas. Well it class will begin in about 25 minutes. Here are a couple of pictures!!
